How To Do It!

Tape Roads and Tracks

Create roads for toy cars or pathways for walking and jumping. Children can follow routes, build neighborhoods, or create obstacle courses, encouraging imaginative play and problem-solving.

Jump and Move Lines

Place tape on the floor in straight, curved, or zigzag lines and invite children to hop, tiptoe, or balance along them. This supports gross motor development and listening skills.

Letter and Number Paths

Write letters or numbers on paper and tape them to the floor. Call out a letter, number, or sound and have children move to the correct spot to combine learning with movement.

Indoor Obstacle Course

Use tape to mark jumping spots, crawling spaces, or movement directions. Following the course helps children practice coordination, sequencing, and persistence.
